Municipal hospitals and social institutions were granted the right to use certain non-residential premises and buildings. At the same time, executive bodies considered the transfer of unfinished capital investments in the field of digitalization and information solutions.

The Department of Transport proposed changes to the remuneration of employees of the Specialized Installation and Maintenance Unit, and the Department of Municipal Security proposed to update the rules of operation of the Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Working Conditions of Civil Protection Services.

The social sphere and education are also in the focus of the meeting: the members of the executive committee considered a new version of the charter of Odesa Lyceum No. 35, changes in the measures of permanent care and the organization of control over the housing of orphans. The Department of Consumer Market Development proposed the creation of a new municipal service to develop trade and advertising.
