Russians kill two people and wound eight in Kherson region

Yesterday, on October 26, Russian troops shelled residential areas in Kherson region, including 23 private houses. The occupiers also damaged a gas pipeline and a car. As a result of Russian aggression, 2 people were killed and 8 others were injured.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Military District Administration, Kherson, Antonivka, Beryslav, Stanislav, Vesele, Mykhailivka, Sofiyivka, Tomyna Balka, Shyroka Balka, Bilozerka, Shlyakhove, Mykilske, Zmiivka, Odradokamyanka, Dniprovske, Prydniprovske, Sadove, Osokorivka came under enemy fire and air strikes.

Around two in the afternoon, the occupants attacked Bilozerka. A 43-year-old woman was injured as a result of the enemy shelling. She was hospitalized with explosive and craniocerebral injuries, contusion, and a shrapnel wound to her abdomen. At the same time, the enemy hit Stanislav with artillery. Two men were fatally wounded. Both died on the spot.

A 69-year-old local woman and her husband, 49, were also injured in the attack on Stanislav. The woman sustained blast trauma and contusion, and the man sustained blast trauma and contusion. Later it became known about three more victims: men, 23 and 54 years old, and a 52-year-old woman. All the victims sustained blast injuries and contusions.

In addition, a 52-year-old man hit a mine in a field near the village of Sukhyi Stavok. As a result of the explosion, he sustained explosive and craniocerebral injuries, as well as contusion.

The Kherson Regional Military Administration reminded that it is forbidden to visit forests, forest belts and fields that were under occupation or where fighting took place.

"If you find an explosive or suspicious object, call 101 or 102," the administration reminded.

At the same time, according to Prokudin, the air defense forces destroyed 2 Shahed-131/136 attack drones over the territory of our region.

Earlier, the occupants destroyed an elderly people's house in the Korabelny district of the city. The couple's son was trapped under the rubble. An elderly woman and a bedridden man remained in the house and will be taken to the hospital<i>. </i>Earlier, on October 25, Russian troops damaged a multi-storey building and 17 private houses. As a result of Russian aggression, 3 people were killed and 7 others were injured, including 1 child. On October 24, two people were injured in an enemy attack in the Kherson region - a 64-year-old woman and a 72-year-old man. The woman sustained shrapnel wounds to her legs, and the man sustained contusion and a head injury.
