Russians deprive communities of power in Kherson region

During the day, Russian troops fired at 13 settlements in Kherson region with various types of weapons. The invaders also cut off power to two communities.

According to the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Sadove, Stanislav, Prydniprovske, Bilozerka, Antonivka, Mykilske, Poniativka, Beryslav, Novovorontsovka, Osokorivka, Zolota Balka, Havrylivka and Kherson came under enemy fire and air strikes.

The Russian military hit critical infrastructure and residential areas of the region's settlements, including a multi-story building and 12 private houses. The occupiers also damaged a gas pipeline, an outbuilding, a garage and private cars.

Three people were injured as a result of Russian aggression.

Mykhailo Lynetskyi, head of Kherson Regional State Administration, said during the telethon that the shelling damaged the power grid. In particular, a part of Bilozerska and Stanislavska territorial communities was left without electricity.

"The enemy hit the power supply networks, which we have just managed to restore with the help of all levels of military administrations. Once again, part of Bilozerska and Stanislavska territorial communities were left without electricity," the official said.

On the morning of December 1, the Russian military attacked public transportation in the Dniprovsk districtwith a UAV. Three people were killed and wounded.

Before that, the invaders dropped a munition from a drone on a civilian car in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson, killing a woman.

The occupants also shelled 23 settlements in the Kherson region. Six people were injured in the shelling, one was killed. The Russian military shelled residential areas of the region's settlements, damaging 17 private houses. The occupants also damaged a garage, a municipal building, a shop, an outbuilding and private cars.
