Russians damage one of the kindergartens in Kherson region and injure civilians

Over the past 24 hours. On August 17, FPV drones struck the building of the starosta and a kindergarten in Zolota Balka. Also, two people were wounded due to constant shelling by the Russian army of settlements in the Kherson region.

This was reported by the police of the Kherson region.

In total, over the past day, Kherson police recorded seven war crimes committed by the Russian army. The regional center, Antonivka, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Veletynske, Poniativka and Komyshany were under enemy fire. On the territory of Beryslav district, the enemy attacked Novoraysk, Novokaira, Zmiivka, Dudchany and the district center itself. As a result of the shelling, one person was wounded, eight private houses, a shop building and two cars were damaged.

In Kherson , the Ostrov neighborhood was under enemy artillery fire. And Antonivka was also attacked by Russian drones from morning to evening. A 51-year-old woman was injured as a result of ammunition dropped from a UAV and subsequent explosions, and two cars and a store were damaged.

Sadove was under mortar and artillery fire, as well as ammunition drops from a drone. As a result, one of the private households was damaged.

The central part of Kherson, Veletynske, Novoraysk, Dudchany and Poniativka also came under artillery fire. Three private houses were damaged by shell explosions in the latter two settlements. And in Beryslav and Novokaira , the Russians damaged one private house each using drones.

Also, unfortunately, a 71-year-old Kherson woman who was seriously injured a month ago as a result of enemy shelling of the Shumensky neighborhood died in the hospital. In addition, a 65-year-old resident of Antonovka was admitted to the medical facility . As a result of the enemy's shelling of the settlement on the morning of August 13, the woman sustained contusion and superficial injuries to her leg.
