Russians are hunting civilians in Kherson region with drones, one killed and one wounded

On December 8, residents of Antonivka, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Komyshany, Havrylivka and the city of Kherson came under hostile fire and air strikes. One person was killed and 8 others were wounded by enemy drone strikes.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, the Russian military also attacked social infrastructure and residential areas of the region's settlements, including damaging 2 private houses. In addition, the occupiers damaged a gas pipeline and private cars.

At about ten in the morning, Russian military dropped explosives from a drone on a resident of Kindiytsia. The 42-year-old man sustained an explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to his forearm. A 59-year-old man was also injured by the drone. He was hospitalized with a mine-blast injury and a shrapnel wound to his thigh. A 40-year-old woman was the victim of another drone attack in Kindiytsia. She sustained a mine-blast trauma, contusion and cheek wound. In addition, a 79-year-old woman sustained explosive trauma and contusion, and a <span>73-year-old man sustained fatal injuries. </span>

<span>Around 14:30 in Dniprovsky district of Kherson, a 62-year-old resident of Kherson was hit by an enemy drone. The victim is currently under medical supervision. He was diagnosed with a mine-blast injury and a shrapnel wound to his leg. A 56-year-old man also sustained injuries from a UAV strike. He sustained a mine-blast trauma, shrapnel wounds to his forearm and chest. In the evening, at about 17:15, the Russian army again dropped explosives from a drone on a civilian in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson. A 55-year-old man was seriously wounded. He has a mine-blast trauma, shrapnel wounds to his arms, legs and face. </span>

A resident of Antonivka<b> </b>was also hit by a Russian drone. A 55-year-old man was taken to the hospital. He was diagnosed with mine-blast trauma, shrapnel wounds to the head and chest. The victim's condition is assessed as moderate.
