Russian troops in Kherson region face fuel shortages

The units of the Russian occupation forces operating in the Kherson sector are critically short of fuel and lubricants. Due to serious supply disruptions, the enemy is forced to impose strict limits on the use of military equipment. In addition, a significant part of the invaders' units have already been switched to the maximum fuel economy mode.

This was reported by the ATES guerrilla movement.

The most acute deficit is observed in the air assault regiment and motorized rifle units deployed on the left bank of the Kherson region. According to the ATES guerrilla movement, this is a direct result of a successful attack by the Ukrainian Defense Forces on a railroad train with fuel in the Hvardiyske area of occupied Crimea.

Currently, the Russian command is trying to solve the problem in a 'manual mode', transferring the remaining fuel only to critical areas of the front. At the same time, the occupiers' leadership is hiding the true extent of the logistical crisis from their own soldiers to avoid panic.

In particular, Intent wrote about how in the Crimean city of Dzhankoy, the Russian military drained gasoline from the cars of local residents who left their vehicles outside their homes.

The invaders continue to loot household goods: now, under the guise of war needs, they rob car owners. The Russian military is not even deterred by the fact that they are caught red-handed stealing fuel - they simply hide behind slogans about the 'SVE'. The inaction of the occupation police once again confirms that the law on the peninsula works only in favor of the aggressor.

Earlier, the Crimean peninsula faced the second wave of the fuel crisis. After gas stations ran out of popular gasoline, diesel fuel completely disappeared from the market.
