Russian troops attacked Kherson region with drones, artillery and aircraft, damaging homes, infrastructure and cars. Two people were wounded, and more than two dozen settlements were hit.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.

From 06:00 on May 13 to 06:00 on May 14, 2025, the Russian army continued to terrorize the Kherson region. Residential areas and critical infrastructure came under fire again. The occupiers damaged four multi-story buildings, five private houses, a cell tower, warehouses, outbuildings, garages, and cars of local residents. Two people were wounded in the attacks.

The enemy did not stop using drones, artillery and aircraft. Dozens of settlements came under fire, including Antonivka, Beryslav, Kachkarivka, Zolota Balka, Veletyanske, Novotyanka, Romashkove, Osokorivka, and Kherson itself.

On May 11-12, the Kherson region was again shelled by Russian troops. Residential areas came under fire: five high-rise buildings, nine private homes, a mobile tower, and several cars of local residents were destroyed or damaged. Five civilians were injured as a result of the shelling. The shelling continued continuously, day and night.

In Bilozerka, a 10-year-old girl was injured in the attack, trapped under the rubble of a destroyed house. Rescuers pulled the child out from under the rubble and handed her over to doctors. She suffered severe injuries: mine-blast and craniocerebral injuries, contusion, shrapnel wounds to her legs, and bruises to her internal organs. Now the girl is in intensive care in a serious condition.

Also on the night of May 11, Russians attacked settlements in Kherson region: two private houses, a car and a mobile tower were damaged. One person was killed and three were injured in the attack.

In 2025, it became clear that Russia was actively increasing its arms production, outpacing NATO countries. The military industry is financed by both the state budget and private capital.
