Russia attacks foreign civilian vessel near Chornomorsk

A Russian drone attacked a foreign civilian vessel as it was leaving a port in Odesa region. Crew members were injured as a result of the attack.

This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.

According to him, the attack took place on the evening of March 4 in the Black Sea. A Russian drone hit a civilian vessel flying the Panamanian flag as it was leaving the port of Chornomorsk. The ship was transporting corn.

As a result of the attack, crew members were injured. They were provided with the necessary medical care and evacuated.

In addition, on the night of March 5, Russian troops again attacked Odesa region with attack drones. The south of the region came under fire.

According to the OBA, the strike caused a fire on the territory of an inactive recreation center, which engulfed wooden houses. A nearby four-story building was partially destroyed and civilian vehicles were damaged.

Rescuers quickly extinguished the fires. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties.

Earlier, Intent wrote that as a result of a rocket attack in <b>the south of Odesa region, children were injured and one victim was in serious condition.</b>

On March 1, Odesa was under attack by Russian drones all night, but as of eight in the morning, there was no information about damage or casualties.

On the night of March 1, Russians attacked Ukraine with 123 Shahed, Gerbera, Italmash, and other types of attack drones. According to preliminary data, as of 8:30 a.m., air defense defenses neutralized 110 enemy Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types of drones in the north, south, and east of the country.

At the same time, 13 attack drones were hit in seven locations, and the downed drones fell (wreckage) in four locations.

Earlier, the enemy attacked the civilian, port and industrial infrastructure of Odesa region with attack drones on the night of February 27.

Earlier, on the night of February 23, DTEK Odesa Power Grids energy facility was damaged. It was the fourth shelling of this substation since the beginning of the war. Over the past three days, three substations have been heavily damaged by enemy shelling.

Two people were killed and three injured in a night attack in Odesa region by the Russian army. Industrial, energy and civilian infrastructure facilities were hit. The attack damaged production and warehouse facilities, administrative buildings, a car dealership, and vehicles.
