On September 25, in the morning, the Russian occupation army carried out an air strike on one of the neighborhoods of Kherson.
This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kherson region.
The post says that the building of a cultural institution was destroyed by a guided bomb. A fire broke out in the building. Firefighters had to extinguish the fire in extremely difficult conditions, as there was a constant threat of repeated shelling and enemy UAV activity. Despite all the threats, the fire was extinguished.

The press service also added that Beryslav rescuers extinguished two fires, one of which was caused by enemy shelling. Thus, at night, the Russian army struck one of the settlements of the Novoraysk territorial community. After the shelling, a fire broke out in a residential building, which firefighters managed to extinguish quickly enough together with the local fire department. Also this morning, firefighters received a call about a fire in a residential building in Novoraysk. The fire was extinguished. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
In addition, over the past day, rescuers in Kherson region extinguished three fires in open areas, one of which was caused by enemy shelling. The total area extinguished was 1 hectare. Three units of equipment and 15 personnel were involved in firefighting.

The day before, the Russian army again attacked residential areas of Kherson. After the enemy shelling, fires broke out in one of the apartments of a multi-storey building and on the roof of a private house. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire. Also at night, in one of Kherson's neighborhoods, the occupiers attacked civilian cars again, dropping explosives from a drone. The fire was extinguished.
