A family medicine outpatient clinic has been launched after a major overhaul in the village of Ozerne in the Safianivka community of the Izmail district of Odesa region.

According to an Intent correspondent, the renovation of the building lasted from October 2024 and cost UAH 7 million 994 thousand.

According to the Prozorro electronic procurement system, the contractor was Serhiy Antonenko's Odesa-based company Concept House Invest, which recently arranged a shelter for the Kamianske Lyceum in the basement and has now received a contract to overhaul the roof of the Utkonosivka secondary school.

The work was carried out in two stages. According to the schedule, by the end of last year, the workers had completely renovated the premises and facade of the outpatient clinic, replaced all communications and ceilings, and installed partitions in the bathrooms and between rooms. They also connected pipelines to the irrigation system and sewage pipelines to the existing network. And in 2025, the company set up a fire detector, completed finishing work in the outpatient clinic, checked the electrical system and set up an alarm system.

Oleh Sadkovsky, Chief Physician of the Central District Hospital of Safianivka Village Council, called the opening of the renovated outpatient clinic in the largest village in southern Odesa Oblast, Ozerne, an important event for the medical community of Safianivka community and Izmail district. By the way, Ozerne is home to about 5 thousand residents.

Meanwhile, the Housing and Communal Services Department of the Izmail City Council in Odesa Oblast has selected a contractor to carry out the current repair of the Izmail District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support. The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special conditions and the company had no competitors. The only bidder was Rodnik, a private enterprise owned by city council member Igor Dekhtyarev.
