Renovated outpatient clinic opened in village in Odesa Oblast for 8 million

On May 22, a family medicine outpatient clinic was reopened in Ozerne village of the Safianivka community in Izmail district after major repairs. The renovation of the building lasted from October 2024 and cost UAH 7 million 994 thousand.

This is reported by an Intent correspondent with reference to the relevant tender on the Prozorro platform.

The contractor was Serhiy Antonenko's Odesa-based company Concept House Invest, which recently equipped a shelter for the Kamianske Lyceum in the basement and has now received a contract to overhaul the roof of the Utkonosivka secondary school.

The work was carried out in two stages. According to the schedule, by the end of last year, the workers had completely renovated the premises and facade of the outpatient clinic, replaced all communications, ceilings, and installed partitions in the bathrooms and between rooms. They also connected pipelines to the irrigation system and sewage pipelines to the existing network. And in 2025, the company adjusted the fire detector, completed finishing work in the outpatient clinic, checked the electrical system, and set up an alarm system.

Oleh Sadkovsky, chief physician of the Central District Hospital of the Safianivka Village Council, called the opening of the renovated outpatient clinic in the largest village in southern Odesa Oblast, Ozerne, an important event for the medical community of the Safianivka community and Izmail district. Ozerne is home to about 5,000 residents.

Also, Izmail City Central Hospital announced an open tender with specific requirements to find a company to repair the transfusion department located in the clinic building at 6 Klushina Street. And Ananievo Multidisciplinary City Hospital in Odesa Oblast is again looking for a contractor to overhaul the protective structure at the medical facility.
