The regional office of the State Property Fund has put up for sale the only property complex of the Odesa Experimental Prosthetic and Orthopedic Enterprise.
The information was published on the Prozorro.Sale platform.
The auction was held on November 8 with a starting price of UAH 46 million 378 thousand 484 and was attended by two companies - City Trade Dnipro Limited Liability Company and Alfa Bionic Limited Liability Company.
The winner was the latter, which offered UAH 53.5 million for the company. The competitor was ready to give 53 million hryvnias exactly.
According to the YouControl service, Alfa Bionic LLC was registered in 2020 in Mykolaiv. The owners are two residents of Odesa - Denys Fidchenko and Madlena Varderosyan.
The company is located at 4 Heroiv Krut Street and includes a 5,528.6 sq m complex consisting of 14 buildings (warehouses, production, administrative and auxiliary premises). In addition, the lot includes seven vehicles manufactured in 1997-2008 and three land plots.
The new owner will be obliged to maintain the company's business profile for 10 years, pay the arrears of wages and ensure the retention of the team of 75 employees for a period of at least six months. At the same time, the company has no debts to its creditors and has been operating at a profit for the past few years.
Odesa Prosthetic and Orthopedic Enterprise has been operating for 80 years, specializing in the manufacture of prostheses, bandages and orthopedic footwear, and is the largest manufacturer of these products in southern Ukraine.
Also, the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions held an auction to select a company that plans to acquire the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Commercial Sea Port. TOP-Offer offered the fund UAH 108 million 120 thousand at a starting price of UAH 88 million 986.2 thousand.
