Pervomaisk Mayor Oleh Demchenko's 2024 Declaration Shows Land Expansion and Income Changes

The mayor of Pervomaisk, Oleh Demchenko, has submitted his annual declaration for 2024, which states that his family has expanded its land holdings.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, this is evidenced by the data from the Unified State Register of Declarations.

In her declaration for 2024, Iryna Demchenko declared 22 land plots, one of which was acquired in 2024 - with an area of 52,993 m² in the village of Blahodatne, Pervomaisk district. All the plots are located within the Blahodatne community.

For comparison, the declaration for 2023 indicated the acquisition of 18 land plots during the full-scale war, including:

In addition, she has owned a plot in Arbuzynka with an area of 58.7 thousand m² since 2022.

In 2024, Iryna Demchenko owned

This is virtually unchanged compared to 2023, when she also declared two parking spaces, one of which she purchased in 2019 for UAH 200 thousand, and the cost of the other was not specified.

In 2023, she also declared another apartment in Kharkiv with an area of 91.2 m² - this property is not mentioned in the 2024 declaration. She also retains ownership of 25% of a store with an area of 1285.3 m².

Oleg Demchenko, as in 2023, declared:

At the same time, the declaration for 2023 listed another car - a 2016 Nissan X-Trail purchased in 2023 for UAH 10 thousand. The new declaration does not mention it. His wife still owns a 2013 Porsche Cayenne, which she bought in 2019 for 400 thousand UAH.

In 2024, Oleh Demchenko received UAH 1.3 million in salary as mayor of Pervomaisk, as well as a 423 thousand pension. In 2023, his salary was higher - UAH 1.7 million, and his pension was UAH 366 thousand.

Additionally, he declared UAH 50 thousand of income from the alienation of movable property, which came from a citizen Kateryna Horbachova.

The MP's wife, Iryna Demchenko, received UAH 556.1 thousand of income from leasing property to Blahodatnenskyi Ptakhoprom PE, as well as UAH 40.8 thousand from the sale of movable property, which was purchased by citizen Olena Hryhoryna.

The spouses declared more than UAH 314 thousand on their bank accounts (UAH 158 thousand in Raiffeisen Bank and UAH 72.6 thousand in Oschadbank for Oleh Demchenko; UAH 80.1 thousand and USD 2.4 thousand in PrivatBank for Iryna Demchenko).

In addition, the MP keeps 100 thousand UAH and 10 thousand USD in cash, and his wife keeps 300 thousand UAH, 15 thousand USD and 5 thousand EUR.

In November 2023, Oleh Demchenko also received a loan of UAH 5 million from a citizen Oleksandr Yurchenko. It is stated that no payments on the debt were made in the reporting period.

Earlier, the NACP checked the declaration of the mayor of Pervomaisk City Council for 2023, which revealed that the mayor did not declare more than UAH 5.3 million.
