Meanwhile, Suspilne 's sources in the Servant of the People faction said that the current first deputy of Kuleba, Andriy Sybiga, is likely to be appointed as the head of the Foreign Ministry.

In his evening address on September 3, Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that autumn would be extremely important for Ukraine. He noted that state institutions should work in such a way that the country achieves the necessary results. To do this, it is planned to strengthen certain areas of the government, prepare personnel changes, and make changes in the President's Office.

Zelenskyy also emphasized the importance of closer cooperation between the central government and communities, especially in preparation for the winter season. In addition, he noted that the results achieved in defense production need to be further strengthened, in particular by making it easier to attract investment in strategic industries.
