People and infrastructure suffered in Kherson region due to enemy shelling

In Kherson region, the enemy attacked 16 settlements. People and residential areas were damaged.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.

Antonivka, Stepanivka, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Dniprovske, Stanislav, Veletynske, Nadezhdivka, Shyroka Balka, Beryslav, Novovorontsovka, Krasny Mayak, Mylove, Zmiivka, Lvov and the city of Kherson came under enemy fire and air strikes.

The occupants hit residential areas of the region's settlements, including a multi-storey building and 6 private houses. The occupiers also damaged a gas pipeline, a warehouse, outbuildings, an ambulance, a bus and private cars.

As a result of Russian aggression, 1 person was killed and 15 others were injured.

On October 4, 2 people were killed and 6 others were injured as a result of shelling by the Russian army of residential areas in Kherson region. Russians also damaged 17 private houses.

The enemy hit an agricultural enterprise. The occupants destroyed a gas distribution station, storage facilities, and private cars.

On October 3, three enemy drones were destroyed in the Kherson region. During the shelling of the region, the Russian occupiers hit residential areas of the region's settlements, including 13 private houses. The occupiers also damaged a gas pipeline, outbuildings, a bus and private cars.

On October 2, the invaders shelled Antonivka throughout the day using unmanned aerial vehicles and artillery. The attacks killed two civilians - a 59-year-old woman and a 66-year-old man. Five other local residents sustained injuries of varying severity. In Kherson, the enemy hit a civilian car with a drone. Two men sustained blast injuries and contusions.

On October 1, 2024, at about 9:00, Russian troops struck the center of Kherson, probably with cannon artillery. The shelling took place near a local market and a public transportation stop. The shelling killed six citizens.
