One person killed and four wounded in Kherson region due to shelling

In the Kherson region, on October 3, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Zymivnyk, Antonivka, Kizomys, Shyroka Balka, Tomyna Balka, Bilozerka, Stanislav, Beryslav, Zmiivka, Urozhayne, Mylove and the city of Kherson came under enemy fire and air strikes. For their part, during a nighttime drone attack, the Air Defense Forces destroyed two occupiers'Shahed-131/136 strike aircraft over the territory of Kherson region.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Air Defense Command, Oleksandr Prokudin.

The post says that the Russian military hit critical infrastructure and housing and communal utilities; the shelling of residential areas in the region's settlements damaged 35 private houses. The occupiers also damaged outbuildings, storage facilities, a bus, agricultural machinery, and private cars.

The head of the JMA added that one civilian was killed and four others were injured as a result of Russian aggression. Thus, in Antonivka, a local resident was injured by an enemy drone strike. The 41-year-old man was hospitalized with explosive and craniocerebral injuries, contusion, and a shrapnel wound to the head. Currently, doctors are providing him with all the necessary assistance. A woman who was injured a few days ago as a result of Russian shelling of Antonivka also turned to the hospital. The 60-year-old local resident was diagnosed with explosive trauma, shrapnel wounds to her arm and leg. In addition, Russian occupation forces attacked a car in Kherson with a drone. The 57-year-old driver sustained an explosive injury, contusion and a shrapnel wound to his abdomen. Also, a woman who suffered from a Russian air strike on the Beryslav community sought medical assistance. The 56-year-old local resident sustained blast trauma, contusion and shrapnel wounds to her legs.
