On her way to Odesa, Olya Polyakova was in a car accident with her daughter

Ukrainian singer Olya Polyakova and her daughter Maria were involved in a car accident on their way to Odessa, where the singer was scheduled to perform at a nightclub. Another car crashed into the singer’s vehicle, causing it to veer off the road into a ditch.

Polyakova shared detailsof the accident on social media. According to her, her daughter suffered a nose injury as a result of the crash.

"Oh my God, guys, we just got into an accident and Masha broke her nose… Long story short, someone crashed into us, and we flew into the ditch," the singer said.

Polyakova then shared a video from the scene of the accident. It shows the car that, according to her, crashed into her vehicle. Its bumper and headlights were damaged.

The singer also said that she approached a man standing next to that car and tried to film him with her phone, asking if he had caused the accident. According to Polyakova, the man knocked the smartphone out of her hands.

Later, the artist helped her daughter into the ambulance. She speculated that a woman might have been driving the car that crashed into them.

“They say some girl was behind the wheel. She just made a U-turn in the middle of the road, and we flew into the ditch,” Polyakova said.

On the evening of August 20, Olya Polyakova is scheduled to perform at a nightclub in Odessa. It is currently unknown whether the performance will take place following the accident.

The exact circumstances of the accident and information about who was at fault have not yet been determined. At the time of this report, the police had not officially commented on the accident.
