In 204, Oleksandr Hrynchak, head of the Odesa District Administration, rented a 96.9-square-meter apartment in Odesa.

He reported this in his declaration, which was published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

The declaration also includes the real estate that he indicated in the previous financial report: a 70.2-square-meter apartment in Kyiv, where Oleksandr Hrynchak owns 25%, a 221-square-meter residential building in Kyiv used by the chairman's wife, and a 5.28-hectare land plot in the capital also used by his wife. The owner of this house and land is Lyudmyla Hrynchak, who also owns 25% of the apartment in Kyiv together with Oleksandr Hrynchak.

Oleksandr Hrychak continued to use a 2023 Toyota Camry, a 2021 Lexus LX 570, and a 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser. All the cars used by Oleksandr Hrynchak belong to Vadym Hrynchak, given the same patronymic, apparently the official's brother.

His wife continues to own a Porsche Cayenne. 2023, which she purchased the year before last. Tetiana Hrynchak also remained a co-owner of Promdorresurs Limited Liability Company.

However, while in 2023 Tetiana Hrynchak's business income reached UAH 1 million 388 thousand, in 2024 it amounted to only UAH 415 thousand 579. Oleksandr Hrynchak's income also decreased. In 2024, he no longer received a salary at Energoatom, and his salary at the Odesa District Administration reached UAH 1 million 339 thousand, which, however, exceeded the total salary of his two jobs in 2023. He also received a pension of UAH 277,960.

Last year, Oleksandr Hrynchak kept 500 thousand hryvnias in cash, which is half as much as the year before, but he had cash savings of 25 thousand US dollars. But his wife's dollar cash savings remained the same - 10 thousand.

The family kept money in banks: UAH 82,540 for Oleksandr Hrynchak and UAH 217,948 for his wife.
