Odessa was attacked: there are casualties

A loud explosion, immediately followed by an air raid alert, was the result of a Russian attack on Odesa.

This was reported by Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration.

According to him, there are preliminary reports of two casualties from the attack. The enemy targeted an infrastructure facility.
