Odesa University Selects Contractors for Restoration for 15 Million

Odesa Polytechnic National University has held two tenders to select contractors who will be paid for major repairs and restoration.

This was reported in the electronic procurement system Prozorro, according to the Center for Public Investigations.

The first auction was held on September 24 with the participation of two companies: Interbud Construction Company and Stroygazservice Private Enterprise. The winner was Stroygazservice, which agreed to work for UAH 6 million 112 thousand.

Place of supply of goods or place of performance of works or provision of services: 22 Genoese Street, Odesa. The works should be completed by December 31, 2025.

According to the YouControl service, the PE was registered in Odesa in 2019. The owner is Angela Parchik.

The second tender was held with the participation of one company, Mistdorbud Service LLC, which agreed to work for UAH 9 million. The company was registered in 2018 in Odesa. The owner is Volodymyr Khamedov.

The company will repair the university buildings at 1-3 Shevchenko Avenue until December 20, 2025.

In 2023, the university's buildings were damaged by a blast wave caused by the fall of rocket fragments on a shopping center across the street from the university. The university left 14 buildings without windows. At that time, Odesa Polytechnic National University held an auction to select a company to be entrusted with emergency repair work, namely facade insulation and interior work in its "O" building. The winner was Oleksandr Production and Construction Firm LLC, which agreed to work for UAH 25 million 498.8 thousand, which is UAH 6 million 417.8 thousand cheaper than the expected purchase price.
