Odesa's City Clinical Hospital Selects Fabrika Smaku for Patient Catering Services

The municipal non-profit enterprise City Clinical Hospital No. 11 of the Odesa City Council has conducted a procurement to select a company to pay for catering services to patients.

According to the electronic procurement system Prozorro.

Procurement, the procurement was conducted in the format of a framework agreement and was attended by limited liability companies Fabrika Smaku, Tonar K, and Olga. Currently, Fabrika Smaku LLC is waiting for the agreement to be signed.

A framework agreement is an agreement on the intention to conduct a procurement, which allows customers and suppliers to find reliable partners for long-term cooperation. The Customer, or Centralized Procurement Organization (CPO), selects three or more potential Suppliers for the provision of goods and services, works for a period of up to four years. The Framework Agreement is concluded exclusively through open bidding with publication in English.

Fabrika Smaku was registered in May 2015 with an authorized capital of UAH 1 thousand, and within two months it received an order for catering for hospitals in Odesa. The director and owner of the company is Igor Levinzon.

Earlier, the Odesa Regional Medical Center for Mental Health, a municipal non-profit enterprise of the Odesa Regional Council , announced a tender to select a company to provide medical catering services. The auction with an expected purchase price of UAH 21 million 148.3 thousand is to be held after December 23.

The Medvedkov Lyceum in Teplodar, Odesa Oblast, has held a tender to select a company to provide catering services for students. It is about 444 students of grades 1-4 and students of privileged categories. The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special features, and the only participant was Fabrika Smaku Limited Liability Company.
