The Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support has launched an internal investigation into a serviceman from one of the alert brigades who threatened civilians and used foul language.

According to the regional CCC, a video of the incident was posted on social media.

The TCC claimed that the incident was preceded by provocative actions on the part of the civilian: the man spoke disrespectfully to the alert group, ignored the legal demands of the National Police representative and tried to illegally enter the official vehicle. These actions provoked the emotional behavior of one of the soldiers of the alert group.

"Emotional breakdown and threats with the use of foul language by a serviceman are unacceptable. An internal investigation has been ordered into the incident, which will result in a principled assessment of the serviceman's actions and appropriate disciplinary measures," the TCC said.

Earlier, an incident involving military personnel of the territorial center for recruitment and social support, civilians and emergency medical workers occurred in Odesa on October 4. A girl jumped into an MCC bus, preventing it from closing the doors and moving off. Later, according to the regional CCC, other civilians and emergency medical workers joined the conflict, making it impossible to transport the man.

All the actions of the participants in the incident, according to the regional CCC, were recorded by the military on body cameras. However, the regional CCC did not provide any video.

Earlier in Odesa, a man stabbed a member of the CCC with a knife. The victim was hospitalized, and the incident was recorded on camera. When the man was asked to show his military registration papers, he pulled out a knife and stabbed the soldier, after which he fled the scene.
