Odesa Regional Military Administration Salaries Average ₴39.1K in February 2025

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has published data on the salaries of employees of regional military administrations. Odesa Regional Military Administration ranked fifth in terms of average salary, which amounted to UAH 39.1 thousand in February 2025.

This was reported by the Ministry of Finance.

The leader in terms of salaries is the Kharkiv regional administration, where the average salary reaches UAH 49.75 thousand. The second place is occupied by Luhansk IA (UAH 44.8 thousand), the third - by Kherson IA (UAH 43 thousand), and the fourth - by Donetsk IA (UAH 39.8 thousand).

Employee salaries include bonuses and allowances. It is worth noting that Odesa IA employs 1378 people, which is significantly more than Luhansk and Kherson IAs (631 employees each), as well as Donetsk IA (1027 employees). For comparison, the largest number of employees is in the Dnipropetrovs'k IA - 1427 people.

Recently, Intent wrote that Veronika Radulova, the wife of Dmytro Radulov, Deputy Head of Odesa Regional State Administration, became the owner of a 68.3-square-meter apartment in Odesa in 2024 and also rented a Skoda Kodiaq made in 2023. The official indicated this in her declaration for 2024, which was published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption. The lessor of the car was Impex Logistic Limited Liability Company.

The NACP has also already published declarations of the Chief of Staff of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Volodymyr Zavadskyi and the Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional State (Military) Administration Andrii Figel. The declaration of Oleh Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, remains classified.
