The Service for Infrastructure Restoration and Development in Odesa Region has announced its intention to conclude an agreement on the operational maintenance of almost 200 kilometers of the public road of national importance M-05 Kyiv-Odesa with Avtomagistral Pivden, a limited liability company.
This is reported in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.
The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special conditions, so the company had no competitors. The company claims 852 million hryvnias for the maintenance of the highway section until December 31, 2025.
Operational maintenance usually involves patching potholes on the road, cleaning roadsides, repairing restrictive structures, snow removal, and other minor repairs.
Meanwhile, the Economic Court of Odesa Region is considering proceedings on a claim filed by the Malynovska Prosecutor's Office regarding the results of a tender to select a contractor for the reconstruction of the Ivanivskyi overpass in Odesa.
The auction was held on April 1, 2022. Two companies took part in the auction: Avtomagistral-Pivden Limited Liability Company and Rostdorstroy Limited Liability Company.
The customer was the Road Department of the Odesa City Council.
Following the auction, the department entered into an agreement with Avtomagistral-Pivden LLC, which agreed to reconstruct the bridge for UAH 1 billion 609 million.
