Odesa Region Ends Heating Season Between March 25 and April 15 Amid Ongoing russian Attacks

The Odesa Regional State Administration has decided to end the heating season in the region's settlements between March 25 and April 15.

This was announced by the head of the Regional State Administration, Oleg Kiper.

According to him, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi is the first in line, where the heating season will end on March 25.

The latest they decided to turn off the heat in Rozdilna is April 15.

Earlier, the executive committee of the Belgorod-Dniester City Council set March 25 as the end of the heating season.

The heating season of 2024-2025 in Odesa started on November 4, but the heat was turned on gradually. First, the district heating was turned on in kindergartens, schools and hospitals. Due to the complexity of the technological process, it took from one week to 10 days to connect the entire city. In Chornomorsk, the heating season started on November 5. At that time, the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development reported that the heating season had not yet started in Odesa and Kherson regions due to the warm autumn.

Meanwhile, Russians continue to attack Odesa region from the air. Thus, the air raid that sounded for almost an hour in Odesa region on the night of March 23 ended with an air attack on the Serhiyivka community.

On the night of March 21, the enemy also massively attacked Odesa and the region with attack drones. There was damage to civilian infrastructure, including a residential high-rise building, a shopping center and shops. Three people were injured, including minors.
