The leaders in terms of rental growth are: Vinnytsia (by 36%), Kropyvnytskyi (by 23%) and Cherkasy (by 20%). Lower, but still double-digit growth in rental rates was demonstrated by Uzhhorod (by 15% over six months), Ivano-Frankivsk (13%) and Lviv (12%).

Realtors observe a similar situation in the case of two-bedroom apartments: the growth is not half as high, but Odesa is still in first place. In Kyiv, however, prices fell by 4 percent, but they are still the most expensive in Ukraine, with an average rent of 26 thousand.

The rent of three-bedroom apartments in Odesa has risen much less, by only four percent. On average, renting such an apartment in Odesa will cost UAH 20,800.
