Odesa Port Plant Selects Grant Thornton for Audit at ₴848.6K

Odesa Port Plant Joint Stock Company has held a procurement to select a company to pay for a mandatory audit.

This is reported in the electronic procurement system Prozorro.

Four companies took part in the auction: Grant Thornton Legal LLC, AC Crowe Ukraine LLC, H.L.B. Ukraine LLC, and Crowe Erfold Ukraine LLC.

Grant Torton Legis LLC was selected as the winner and agreed to work for UAH 848.6 thousand. The contract will be concluded with the winning bidder after its accreditation at
by JSC OPP.

According to the YouControl service, Grant Torton Legis Limited Liability Company was registered in Kyiv in 2006. The owners are Ostap Olendiy and Inna Novak.

The procurement was conducted in the simplified procurement format. Simplified procurement is the purchase by the customer of goods, works and services whose value is equal to or exceeds UAH 200 thousand, and works - UAH 1.5 million, or in some cases - equal to or exceeds UAH 1 million, and works - UAH 5 million.

In December 2024, the State Property Fund of Ukraine planned to put up for sale all the shares and debts of the Odesa Port Plant.

It was about 99.57% of the shares owned by the state. Their total value at par is UAH 795 million. The plant's core business is the production of fertilizers and nitrogen compounds.

As of March 31, 2024, the plant's total accounts payable amounted to more than UAH 16.2 million, including UAH 9.7 million for goods, works and services, UAH 94 thousand in budgetary debts, UAH 91 thousand in insurance debts, UAH 111.9 thousand in wage arrears and UAH 6 million 572 thousand in accounts payable.
