The state enterprise Odesa Commercial Sea Port has put up for sale two Condor portal cranes.

The corresponding announcement was published in the system "Prozorro. Sale" system.

A portal crane is a full-swing jib crane with a swinging part mounted on a portal that moves along rails laid on the ground or an overpass.

The auction is scheduled to take place on September 9. The starting price of the two lots is UAH 29 million 547.2 thousand. It is supposed to be a three-round English auction, with bidders submitting their closed bids before the auction even starts. Potential buyers do not know whether there are other competitors and do not see each other's bids. The electronic trading system ranks the bids from the lowest to the highest, and the one who made the highest (closed) price offer has the right of last resort in each round. This gives him the highest chance of winning.

The auction starts when at least two bidders have registered for the auction. However, in certain destinations, a lot can be bought by the only registered bidder at the price he offered. During three rounds that last three minutes each, participants compete for the lot and raise their bids. When the auction ends, all information about the participants is disclosed.

Earlier, the state-owned enterprise Odesa Port put up for sale the Admiral De Ribas vessel along with its equipment. The vessel, built in 1994, was sold with equipment.

Main data of the vessel: general cargo, flag: Ukraine, home port: Odesa, place of construction: Slovakia, gross tonnage (GRT): 2,446, net registered tonnage (NRT): 957, length: 81.8 meters, beam 12.8 meters, height of the side: 7.1 meters, draft: 5.48 meters, deadweight: 3,680 tons, hull material: steel. The vessel was out of service from December 26, 2017 to November 21, 2019. The vessel has been operating in bareboat charter since November 21, 2019.
