Journalists of the Center for Public Investigations analyzed the declarations of mayors of district centers and cities of Odesa Oblast with more than 30 thousand people for 2024 and found out who earned the most last year.

The leader in this indicator was the mayor of Izmail, whose wife Iryna Abramchenko received UAH 8.3 million from business last year.

For the third year in a row, the Abramchenko family has been ranked first in this nomination of our rating. In 2022, the income amounted to UAH 6.1 million, of which 5.4 million was earned by wife Iryna. In 2023, the total income of the couple amounted to UAH 8.4 million. Iryna Abramchenko earned UAH 7.7 million of this amount.

Similarly, thanks to his wife Oleksandra, who earned UAH 2.8 million in 2024, Oleg Albansky took the second place in this year's ranking. At the same time, in 2022, the couple's income amounted to UAH 2.9 million (the wife's share was UAH 1.5 million) and they took the third place in the rating. In 2023, they also took the third place, as they earned UAH 3.3 million together, of which Oleksandra Albanska received UAH 2.8 million in business income.

The income of Oleksandr Skalozub's wife Liliia was only salary - UAH 641 thousand. And Valeriy Shovkaliuk's wife Olha received UAH 475.6 thousand in salary and UAH 132 thousand in pension. Last year, Tetiana Novatska received a pension of UAH 42.3 thousand and UAH 62.7 thousand in interest from the bank.

The Trukhanovs' total family income is almost no different from the mayor's own. In 2024, Hennadii Trukhanov's mother Maria received only 87.3 thousand hryvnias. At the same time, the mayor of Odesa was on the last place in the 2022 CPR rating in this nomination. Even then, the income of his mother and stepfather (Trukhanov had a stepfather in 2022) amounted to UAH 165.0 thousand. So the total family income in 2022 amounted to 450.6 thousand. In 2023, Hennadii Trukhanov's mother received 74 thousand hryvnias, and his stepfather was no longer in the declaration. Therefore, in the 2023 ranking, the head of Odesa was on the penultimate line of the CPR rating.

Vasyl Huliaiev's income has not changed either, as only his daughters are listed in this year's declaration. In 2022, the Huliayevs' family income amounted to UAH 5.4 million. Once again, the main income - UAH 4.8 million - went to the mayor's wife Olena. Therefore, in this nomination of the CPR rating for 2022, Huliayev was on the second place. In 2023, the Huliayevs earned UAH 4.9 million for the two of them - Olena Huliayeva earned UAH 2.8 million from business. So that year, the family took the third place in our rating. But in the 2024 declaration, she is no longer listed as a member of the mayor's family.

Valeriy Hryhorash's wife Anna 's income of 10 thousand hryvnias also did not have a significant impact on the total amount. That's why they took the penultimate place in the 2024 ranking. As for last year's rankings, the official was on the seventh place for two years in a row - in 2022 and 2023. In 2022, Anna Hryhorash received UAH 75.2 thousand, and in 2023 - UAH 24 thousand.

Serhii Dymytriiev closes the ranking. He did not list any family members in his 2024 declaration. His declaration did not include any relatives in 2022 and 2023.
