Odesa Mayor extends his business trip abroad

Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov has extended his business trip abroad to take part in the 29th Parliamentary Forum on Intelligence and Security.

This information was published by the press service of the Odesa municipality.

The mayor announced the business trip to Vienna (Republic of Austria) and Heidelberg (Federal Republic of Germany) on May 14 and it was supposed to last until May 21.

However, since the 29th Parliamentary Forum on Intelligence and Security will be held on May 22 and 23, 2025 in Madrid (Kingdom of Spain), the period of stay abroad was extended until May 24.

On May 24, the mayor plans to travel from Madrid to Chisinau (Republic of Moldova) and from there to Odesa.

Meanwhile, Odesa City Council reported on the results of the mayor's trip abroad. In particular, Odesa Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov and Heidelberg Mayor Eckart Würzner signed an agreement on establishing partnerships between the cities. The Heidelberg mayor's office also donated municipal and firefighting equipment to Odesa.

Earlier, the Center for Public Investigations reported that the Odesa City Council has published 964 out of 2,956 resolutions signed by Hennadii Trukhanov in 2024. In 2024, the official website of the city council published 61 personnel orders and 21 orders on business trips of the Odesa mayor.

Meanwhile, Vitalii Barvinenko, head of Odesa district council, signed at least 203 resolutions. Only 18 of them have been made public. At the same time, no decisions were made to not make the documents public.

ryhoriy Didenko, according to the Odesa Regional Council, signed an unknown number of resolutions during the year - the local authorities ignored this point of the CPR's request. They only answered that they had published 522 resolutions. On the website of the regional council, the CPR noted that the last document published on December 31, 2024, has No. 871.
