Odesa judge received 800 thousand as a gift and bought a BMW X6

Judge of the Odesa District Administrative Court Liubov Tokmilova received UAH 800,000 as a gift in October 2025.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, this was stated in the judge's declaration of significant changes in property status, which was published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, and Lyubov Tokmilova received the money from Halyna Andrushkova.

In the same declaration, the judge indicated that she had acquired ownership of a BMW X6 xDrive 30d M Sport/G06, which cost UAH 4 million 645.4 thousand. The judge also filed another declaration in which she indicated the receipt of UAH 1 million 722 thousand from the sale of movable property.

Prior to that, in her declaration for 2024, the judge indicated that she owned apartments in Pivdenne and Turkey with an area of 23.2 and 40 square meters, respectively, as well as used her mother's apartment of 70 square meters in Odesa.

As for the apartment in Turkey, the judge purchased it in 2022. At the time, the Slidstvo Info publication wrote that the judge also received a gift from her mother, Halyna Andrushkova, for the purchase of this apartment in the amount of UAH 2.5 million. The journalists then spoke to Halyna Andrushkova, and the woman confirmed that she had made a monetary gift to her daughter and added that Judge Tokmilova had purchased an apartment in Istanbul, but did not live there. According to the YouControl analytical system, Halyna Andrushkova is the head of Argo Development LLC, which is owned by citizens of the Russian Federation.

The judge also declared ownership of two cars - a 2006 Toyota Yaris and a 2021 BMW X4. One of which seems to have been sold. And as savings, she has 10 thousand US dollars in cash and 153 hryvnias in the bank.
