Odesa is stuck in traffic jams

Today, on June 11, several kilometers of traffic jams have been forming on Odesa's roads. One of them was observed by Intent around two poles from all sides.

According to Alla Marchenko, the head of the press service of the Odesa patrol police, traffic controllers were involved in reducing traffic jams

"At the intersections, patrol police inspectors regulate traffic," the patrol police spokeswoman explained.

She advised drivers to be careful, follow traffic rules and plan their route in advance.

The traffic is likely to be hampered by an event involving a foreign delegation, which was warned about the day before by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.

"On June 11, in connection with events involving foreign delegations, temporary traffic restrictions will be introduced in Odesa and Odesa region. Please take this information into account when traveling," Kiper wrote.

Theintent talked about the most famous twenty unspoken rules of the driver. After all, a thorough knowledge of traffic rules is important, but it is not enough to be considered a guru on the road. You need to add not only time behind the wheel, but also life experience to your knowledge. In addition, it is important to know the so-called folk traffic rules and think about why they are in place.

Earlier, Odesa determined that parking spaces for light personal electric vehicles (electric scooters, monowheels, etc.) are parking areas. Members of the Executive Committee of the Odesa City Council voted to amend the City Target Program for the Development of Electric Transport in Odesa for 2022-2026.

Thus, the members of the executive committee canceled the decision of 2021, which determined the places for parking scooters on sidewalks. This is due to changes in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which recognizes scooters as a vehicle.
