Odesa Hospital Selects Contractor to Repair Roof for 28 Million

The Capital Construction Department of the Odesa City Council conducted a procurement to select a company to pay for the overhaul of the roof of building No. 8 of the City Clinical Hospital No. 11.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, the relevant information was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The auction was held on April 14 and was attended by two companies: Interbud Construction Company Limited Liability Company and Apus Private Enterprise. The winner was the company that agreed to work for UAH 27 million 879.6 thousand.

According to the YouControl service, Interbud Construction Company was registered in 2016 and is currently owned by Artem Prykhodko from Mykolaiv. He has owned the company since August 2025. Prior to that, the owners were Vadym Drapezo and Mykhailo Mazur , also from Mykolaiv.

In 2026, the company won the second tender. The company won another tender as the only bidder. It is about the reconstruction of a facility in Mykolaiv for UAH 76 million 836 thousand. It was not disclosed which facility it was, but the procurement customer was the Department of Urban Development, Architecture, Capital Construction and Support of Development Projects of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

In 2024, the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration signed an agreement with the company to build a radiation shelter at the Nechayansky Lyceum. The building will be able to accommodate up to 150 people, allowing the rural school to work in two shifts.

The media reported that the company had previously carried out major repairs to the fence around school No. 44. After the funds were allocated, the contractor did not perform the work for a year and only after a scandal began repairs, which he was unable to complete. The project to build a shelter for the lyceum in the village of Nechayne was created by the Agrofon-Project company, which was registered in 2027 with a registered capital of UAH 2,000.
