Odesa Deputy Head Anton Shalyhaylo's Salary Jumps to ₴813K in 2024

The salary of the deputy head of the Odesa regional state (military) administration, Anton Shalyhaylo, has changed significantly over the year: He declared UAH 729 thousand more than in the previous year.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Unified Register of Declarations.

According to the declaration, the official owns or jointly owns a 63.3 m² apartment in Odesa, with a 17% share, and a 1200 m² land plot in Kyiv region. Shalyhailo also uses a 2008 Acura RDX, which is leased through Syndicate Leasing LLC.

Compared to 2023, the official's income has increased significantly: in 2024, he declared UAH 813 thousand of salary at Odesa Regional State Administration, which is a significant increase compared to UAH 538 thousand in 2023. In addition, additional income includes a salary at the Department of Life Support Systems and Energy Efficiency of Odesa Regional State Administration (UAH 454,882), as well as cashback and bonuses from banks and companies. Anton Shalyhaylo's wife, Inna, received UAH 13,600 in social benefits as an IDP in Latvia. The family's cash balance remained unchanged at USD 6,000.

In terms of bank accounts, Shalyhaylo continues to use accounts with several large Ukrainian banks, such as PrivatBank, Oschadbank, Universal Bank, TASKOMBANK, Accent Bank and Ukrsibbank. His wife has accounts with PrivatBank, Universal Bank, and Latvian Swedbank.

On March 26, 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the appointment of Anton Shalyhailo as deputy head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.

Anton Shalyhailo has 14 years of experience. He has been working at the Odesa Regional Military Administration since 2017, and has been the Director of the Department of Housing and Energy Efficiency since February 2018. Before that, he worked in Kyiv, according to the administration's website.

Currently, Oleg Kiper has four deputies: Oleksandr Kharlov, Dmytro Radulov, Andriy Figel and Serhiy Kropyva.
