According to the press service of the Odesa Regional Football Association, the football space is to become a key center for training and development of grassroots football in the region.

The reconstruction, which is already underway, involves the creation of a multifunctional sports base. According to the project, the Odeschyna complex will include:

"This project aims to create not just a stadium, but a full-fledged complex capable of providing high conditions for training athletes and holding competitions of all levels," the union noted.

Krayan Stadium is located near Preobrazhenskyi Park.

Earlier, Odesa Oblast planned to renovate the school with the completion of a building, gymnasium and stadium. The cost of the reconstruction was estimated at more than 190 million, but the first tender was canceled. A large-scale reconstruction of the local school is planned in the village of Karolino-Buhaz in Odesa region. The project involves the completion of a building for primary school, a new gym and a modern stadium. The project will provide education for 275 students and jobs for more than fifty teachers and staff.

On July 24, 2025, a tender for more than UAH 189 million was announced for the work. The auction was scheduled to take place on August 11, but due to technical errors during the publication of the procurement, the auction had to be canceled.
