Odesa Conservatory to pay almost 12 million for dormitory renovation

In Odesa, it is planned to restore the conservatory dormitory on Staroportofrankivska Street and to equip it with a shelter. Almost UAH 12 million has been allocated for the repairs.

The tender for a contractor was announced by the Odesa National Music Academy named after A. Nezhdanova. The works include energy saving measures, restoration of interior decoration, renovation of the facade and arrangement of basement and basement premises for shelter for the population.

The expected cost of the works is UAH 11 million 664 thousand. According to the terms of reference, the contractor is to carry out dismantling works, replace windows and doors, upgrade the ventilation system, install corners, gutters, pave the territory and decorate the facade.

Applications from participants will be accepted until March 14, and the next day the auction will be held in an open bidding format with special features that provide for reduced deadlines for submitting applications and appeals.

Intent wrote how Odesa State University of Internal Affairs announced another tender for the repair of the educational institution. Prior to that, OSUIA held a tender to select a company to pay for the overhaul of the first floor of the Dining Room building under the letter "B". In July, the university signed an agreement with PGS LLC to restore the facades of the building in Sabansky Lane. This is not the first time the university has chosen this company without an auction to perform the work. In February, PGS LLC was awarded the contract for the current repair of the stairwell for 1 million 400 thousand hryvnias without any competitors.

And the Odesa Law Academy announced a tender and has already selected a supplier to purchase media equipment for the educational institution.
