Restoration work in the multi-storey building at 8/4 Shevchenko Avenue, which was damaged three times as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, is planned to be completed in the near future.

This was reported by the press service of the Odesa municipality.

The five-story building suffered significant damage: the facade walls, internal partitions, roof, windows, balconies, and the surrounding area were damaged.

In October 2024, the Department of Municipal Economy of the Odesa City Council held a tender to select a contractor to restore the common property of the apartment building at the following address: 8/4 Shevchenko Avenue, Odesa, damaged as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
