Odesa City Council plans to establish a psychosocial support center

A plenary meeting of the session of the Odesa City Council of the VIII convocation is scheduled to be held in Odesa on December 12 at 10:00 a.m. in the session hall of the Odesa City Council (1, Birzhova Sq., Odesa).

The preliminary agenda includes the following sets of issues: activities of Odesa City Council and its executive bodies; budget and finance; target programs, concepts and urban planning; municipal property; land relations (as usual, most issues); establishment, termination, change of name, approval of charters (regulations) of municipal enterprises, institutions and their activities.

In particular, one of the issues on the agenda of the session: On the establishment of the Municipal Institution "Center for Psychosocial Support" of Odesa City Council of Odesa District of Odesa Region and approval of its Charter. The deputies also plan to consider the issue of submitting proposals to the Odesa City Military Administration of Odesa District of Odesa Region "On Approval of the Structure, List of Positions and Maximum Staffing Level of Employees of Territorial Centers for Social Services (Provision of Social Services) of Odesa City Districts". The agenda also includes amendments to the decision of the Odesa City Council dated 30.10.2025 No. 3777-VIII "On Termination of the Municipal Institution"Municipal Guard" and approval of the new version of the Charter of the Odesa City Art Gallery.

The previous meeting of the Odesa City Council was held on November 19.
