Odesa City Council Executive Committee to consider redistribution of investments and anti-corruption changes

An extraordinary executive committee has been convened in Odesa to consider financial changes, anti-corruption updates, and city real estate issues. The meeting is expected to make decisions that will affect the distribution of investments and the further use of premises in the city center.

This was reported by the press service of the Odesa City Council.

The Odesa City Council has announced an extraordinary meeting of the Executive Committee to be held on December 4, 2025 at 14:30. Everyone will be able to follow the proceedings via a live broadcast to be organized on the city's official resources.

The agenda includes issues related to the Department of Finance, the Corruption Prevention Department, and the Administrative and Economic Department. All three blocks are being brought to the extraordinary meeting due to their urgency and impact on further decisions of the city authorities.

The meeting will consider a number of issues related to finance, anti-corruption policy and property management of the territorial community.

The executive committee plans to amend the decision to establish a commission to distribute public investments in the city community.

They will also consider an updated version of the regulation on the city department for the prevention of corruption, which is to be submitted to the deputies for consideration.

Separately, members of the executive committee will consider the city's intention to lease large non-residential premises in the central part of Odesa. It is a part of the second floor with an area of 373.1 square meters and premises on several floors and a basement with a total area of more than 1450 square meters at one of the central addresses.

The decisions to be made at the meeting will determine the further allocation of city resources, the rules of operation of the anti-corruption unit and the management of municipal property.

At the previous meeting, the deputies agreed on the work plan of the Executive Committee for 2026 and supported the decision on compensation for property destroyed as a result of hostilities and terrorist attacks caused by Russian aggression.

In the environmental issues block, they considered adjustments to the city's program for the protection of wildlife and regulation of the number of stray animals, as well as updating the program for environmental protection and improvement. In addition, they adopted amendments to the decision of July 24, 2025, on the establishment of the Investment Council of the Odesa City Territorial Community.
