Odesa City Council Awards ₴1.16M Contract for Inclusive Resource Center Overhaul

The Capital Construction Department of the Odesa City Council has conducted a tender to select a contractor who will be paid for the priority measures to overhaul and stabilize the foundations of the building of the Odesa Inclusive Resource Center No. 1.

This was reported in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The procurement was conducted in the format of open bidding with special features, and the only participant and winner was AB-Group Limited Liability Company, which hopes to receive UAH 1 million 161.9 thousand for the work.

According to the YouControl service, AB-Group Limited Liability Company was registered in 2011 and is owned by Iryna Repetska.

The municipal institution "Odesa Inclusive Resource Center No. 1" was established in 2018 to ensure the right of children with special educational needs aged two to 18 to receive preschool and general secondary education, including in vocational schools, by conducting a comprehensive psychological and pedagogical assessment of the child's development, providing psychological and pedagogical assistance and ensuring systematic qualified support (except for pupils of compensatory type preschools (nurseries), students of special education institutions).

The Center provides services to children with special educational needs who live (study) in the city of Odesa and children with special educational needs whose parents (one of the parents) or legal representative has applied to the Center for services due to the lack of an inclusive resource center at the child's place of residence.
