Odesa City Council Announces ₴37M Road Repair Tenders for 2025

The Road Maintenance Department of Odesa City Council continues to announce tenders for road repairs on city streets.

On April 10, three tenders appeared in the Prozorro system.

<span>The total cost of the works is UAH 37 million, and the area of the roads to be repaired exceeds 17 thousand square meters. Funding will come from the local budget.</span>

• Object No. 5/2025 provides for the current repair of 5,000 square meters of pavement, with an estimated cost of UAH 12.6 million.
• Object No. 6/2025 covers the largest area - 9,550 m², the cost of the planned works is UAH 17.9 million.
• Object No. 8/2025 includes the repair of 2,735 m² of road surface with an estimated cost of UAH 6.5 million.

The deadline for submission of bids is April 19, 2025, after which an auction will be held on April 21 in the format of open bidding with features that provide for a reduced deadline for submitting bids and the possibility of appealing them.

The project envisages pavement repair, road infrastructure maintenance and related services. All repairs are scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2025.

It should be added that the specific addresses of the facilities are not specified in the tender documents.

Prior to that, the Road Maintenance Department of Odesa City Council announced three tenders for the current repair of the city's street and road network. The total cost of the works is UAH 47.1 million, and the area to be repaired exceeds 18 thousand square meters.

Meanwhile, Rostdorstroy, a company owned by a member of the Odesa City Council, was awarded a large road contract in Odesa without an auction. It will be paid more than UAH 20 million from the budget to restore the road surface and fill in trenches after emergency repairs to heating networks.

Also, in the village of Fontanka, Odesa district, they planned to build a local road on Skovoroda Street. More than UAH 4 million is ready to be spent on this.
