Odesa CHPP announced a tender for almost UAH 1.5 million to develop documentation for powerful generators

Odesa CHPP plans to order the development of design and estimate documentation for the installation and connection of diesel generators with a total capacity of 3.44 MW to the power plant's electrical circuit for almost UAH 1.4 million.

According to the Center for Public Investigations (CPI), the relevant tender was published on the Prozorro service.

The lion's share of the capacity of the generators for which the design and estimate documentation is ordered - 3.2 MW - falls on the GJYC4000E-MV generator, and two more diesel generators of the GJB150 type have a capacity of 0.12 MW each.

The terms of the tender state that the designer must develop a project for the installation of generators and auxiliary equipment, as well as fuel facilities for each of them for storage and supply of fuel based on their operation at rated capacity for 24 hours. Also, level 1 engineering protection must be designed for generators to protect the units from the effects of rocket and artillery fire.

The designer must also provide for measures for the disposal of waste, including construction, household, silt from washing the wheels of construction equipment, removal of dismantled equipment, etc. generated during the work. In the estimate part of the project documentation, in accordance with the National Construction Cost Estimating Guidelines, take into account the funds for technical supervision and funds for the formation of an insurance fund for documentation.

The deadline for clarification of the tender and appeal of its terms is August 20, 2024. The deadline for submission of bids is August 23, 2024. The auction starts on August 26, 2024.

Earlier it was reported that the Supreme Court upheld the conclusions of Odesa auditors on the misuse of a subvention from the state budget for Odesa CHP for more than UAH 51 million, having satisfied the cassation appeal of the Southern Office of the State Audit Service.
