Odesa announces the start of discussion of forecasts for the development of the city strategy

The Odesa City Hall has announced a public discussion of the Foresight to draft the Development Strategy of the Odesa City Territorial Community until 2027.

According to the press service of the mayor's office, a public discussion will be held in Odesa on August 22, 2025.

All interested residents of the Odesa city territorial community, as well as representatives of organizations and other persons who carry out or plan to carry out activities in the community, are invited to participate in the public discussion.

Foresight is a systematic attempt to look into the long-term future of science, technology, economy, and society in order to identify areas of strategic research and the emergence of new high technologies that show promise of bringing the greatest economic and social benefits.

To participate in the public discussion, you must pre-register, which will last until 12:00 pm on August 21.

The foresight for the development of the Odesa City Territorial Community Development Strategy until 2027 was prepared as part of the "Transformative Recovery for Human Security in Ukraine" project, funded by the Government of Japan and implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine.
