Occupiers struck a residential building in Odessa

According to him, details are currently being clarified.

On July 31, the enemy also attacked Odesa. The strike damaged civilian infrastructure: the grounds of a business, as well as a hospital and a college. According to preliminary data, two people were injured—a 43-year-old man and a 72-year-old woman who works at the hospital. According to the Odesa Regional Military Administration, the man is in serious condition. The woman’s condition is moderate.
