The occupation authorities of the seized territory of Kherson region have published several lists of residential premises that they threaten to take away from their owners if they do not provide them with title documents.

This was reported by the Center for Investigative Journalism with reference to the website of the occupation governor of Kherson region Volodymyr Saldo.

According to the publication, most of the addresses are in the settlements of Henichesk, Novotroitsk, Chaplynsk, Velykolepetska, Skadovsk and Hornostayivska communities of the left-bank Kherson region. The invaders demand that owners of real estate they consider ownerless bring them title documents and a Russian passport within 30 calendar days. If the owner fails to appear, the apartments or houses are threatened to be recognized as "ownerless" and handed over to the occupation authorities. Russians call this process"nationalization".

In some of the ads, journalists noticed that the occupiers confused the settlements of the Chaplynka community, mistakenly stating that they belonged to the Velykolepetska community. They called the village of Bekhtery Bukhtery.

The lists contain addresses in the settlements of the Kakhovka district: the towns of Tavriysk, Nova Kakhovka, the villages of Dnipryany, Rayske, Velyka Lepetikha, Verkhniy Rohachyk and Askania-Nova, the villages of Olhyne, Kochubeivka, Krasne, Lopatky, Kostiantynivka, Skadovka, Baltazarivka, Pershokonstantinivka, Kucheriavolodymyrivka, Magdalynivka, Andriivka, Krasna Polyana, Dolynske, Khrestivka, Novonatalivka, Shevchenko, Nadezhdivka, Illinka, Molochne and Preobrazhenka.

In Kherson district, the addresses are listed in the village of Podo-Kalynivka of the Yubileynaya community.

In Genichesk district, there are addresses in the villages of Nyzhni Sirohozy, Novotroitske and Ivanivka, Popelak, Hromivka, Kryvyi Rih, Fedorivka, Novopokrovka, Divne, Odradivka, Oleksandrivka, Novomykhailivka, Serhiivka, Voskresenka, Rivne, Petrivka, Vesnianka, Novodmitrivka, Plavske, Vilne, Oleksiivka, Boiove and Yaroshyk.

In Skadovsk district, the addresses are listed in Skadovsk, in the villages of Bekhtery, Zaliznyi Port, Chulakivka, Blahodatne, Prymorske, Novomykolaivka, Novorossiyske and Tavria.

In its decision, the occupation authorities refer to the resolution of the so-called "government of Kherson region" No. 25-pp of March 22, 2024 "On approval of the procedure and use of residential premises with signs of ownerless property in the territory of Kherson region". It spells out the mechanism of misappropriation of property by the invaders.

According to the CPR, this process is managed by the Minister of Property and Land Relations Yelena Pekova and her deputy Diana Savarovska.
