Occupants injure civilians and damage gas pipelines during shelling of Kherson region

In the Kherson region, on August 29, Antonivka, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Inzhenerne, Bilozerka, Komyshany, and Pryozerne came under enemy fire and air strikes by the Russian occupation army, Shyroka Balka, Novodmytrivka, Ponyativka, Tokarivka, Beryslav, Shlyakhove, Mykhailivka, Novovorontsovka, Shostakove, Orlove, Arkhangelske, Potemkino, Burgunka, Tomaryne, Kachkarivka and the city of Kherson.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.

The official said in a statement that during the shelling of the liberated part of Kherson region, Russian occupants hit a post office, a shopping center and a store; residential areas of the region's settlements, including a high-rise building and seven private houses. The occupiers also damaged gas pipelines, a garage, private cars, a bus, and agricultural machinery. Thus, according to the Kherson MVA, the actions of the invaders again disrupt the uninterrupted power supply to the community, and the gas supply network in the suburbs has been damaged once again. The gas supply to consumers in Antonovka and partially in Yantarne has been temporarily cut off. Specialists will start emergency repair work as soon as possible.

According to Prokudin, six civilians were injured in the right-bank part of Kherson region as a result of Russian aggression.

Earlier it was reported that on August 27, during the shelling of the region, the Russian military hit a gas station; residential areas of the region's settlements, including eight private houses. The occupiers also damaged an outbuilding and private and official cars.

Also, on August 26 in the evening in Dniprovsky district, the occupiers attacked a civilian car with a couple in it from a drone. The 68-year-old man died due to severe injuries. A 59-year-old woman sustained an explosive injury, contusion and an arm injury.
