Occupants attacked a gas station with a drone in Kherson

A Russian drone attacked a gas station in Kherson.

This was reported by the press office of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kherson region.

The report states that today, January 4, in one of the city’s districts, an explosive device dropped from an enemy UAV caused a gas pump and a car to catch fire on the premises of a gas station.

It is noted that rescue workers arrived at the scene and began extinguishing the fire. Their efforts were complicated by the constant activity of enemy drones. The fire has been extinguished. No civilians were injured.

The press service also reported that two people died in another fire in the Kherson region.

This morning, the Rescue Service received a report of a fire in a one-story private home in the village of Stepanivka, Kherson District. A fire and rescue unit arrived at the scene and extinguished the fire.

While extinguishing the fire, rescuers found the bodies of two men. Experts are investigating the cause of the fire.

Earlier, it was reported that in Kherson, Russian forces attacked rescue workers while they were extinguishing a fire at a gas station. Specifically, on the morning of July 6, Russian troops fired on a gas station in Kherson. The attack caused a fire, which rescue workers went to put out. While they were fighting the fire, enemy forces struck again at the same location. The second attack damaged a tanker truck.

It was also reported that a car caught fire in Kherson due to another drone strike. In one of the city’s neighborhoods, an enemy UAV dropped explosives on a parked car. It is reported that no one was in the car. Firefighters promptly arrived at the scene and extinguished the fire.
