Occupants attack Mykolaiv region with drones and artillery: a girl is injured

Occupants once again terrorized Mykolaiv region. A 16-year-old girl was injured in the Mykolaiv region as a result of enemy shelling.

This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

On the night of September 12, at 23:05, the enemy attacked the city using Shahed 131/136 drones. As a result of the work of the air defense forces, the wreckage of the downed drone fell on the territory of a food processing plant, which led to a fire. Firefighters promptly extinguished the fire, and there were no casualties.

At 10:42 a.m., the enemy attacked the town of Ochakiv using FPV drones. A 16-year-old girl was injured in the attack and has been discharged from the hospital in a satisfactory condition. One residential building was also damaged.

In addition, at 10:57 a.m. on the same day, FPV drones hit the Kutsurubska community, damaging a car in the village of Dmytrivka. At 11:28 and 19:35, the enemy shelled the waters of the Ochakiv community with artillery, but there were no casualties.

Also on the night of September 13, air defense forces and means destroyed three Shahed 131/136 UAVs in Mykolaiv region.

On the night of September 12, Zmiinyi Island in Odesa region again became a target for Russian invaders. Thus, two X-22/32 cruise missiles were fired from Tu-22M3 aircraft from the airspace over the Black Sea.

In total, on the night of September 12, the Russian occupiers launched 69 air targets, including missiles and UAVs, at the territory of Ukraine. Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed 44 drones.

The enemy also attacked a civilian vessel in the Black Sea that was transporting wheat to Egypt. The attack occurred immediately after the vessel left Ukrainian territorial waters. According to preliminary reports, there were no casualties.

In Kherson region, on September 11, Russian troops shelled the Point of Unbreakability, residential areas of Kherson region, including 11 private houses. As a result of Russian aggression, 11 people were injured, including 1 child.

In addition, in the Black Sea, Ukrainian reconnaissance men destroyed an enemy Su-30SM fighter jet. It was shot down using a portable air defense missile system. The cost of this fighter is estimated at about $50 million.
