No car and no savings: declaration of the head of Skadovsk MBA

The head of the Skadovsk City Military Administration, Serhiy Kukhta, has submitted his annual declaration for 2025. The document was published in the register of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the official's declaration.

According to the declaration, the official and his family own residential real estate in Odesa and Kherson, as well as land plots in the Kherson region.

Real estate

Serhii Kukhta owns a 72.7-square-meter residential building in Odesa, which he purchased in 2019. Its value at the time of purchase was UAH 884 thousand.

He also owns two land plots in the village of Pavlivka in Kherson region with a total area of more than 7 hectares.

In addition, the official's wife owns a 101.9-square-meter residential building in Kherson, which she purchased in 2021.

Income

In 2025, Serhii Kukhta declared UAH 880,698 in salary at the Skadovsk City Military Administration.

He received another 116,928 hryvnias in the form of financial support from the military unit.

The official also declared UAH 1 thousand in social benefits.

The official's son received UAH 3, 540 in scholarships at Odesa State Agrarian University.

Car, savings and business

The declaration states that neither the official nor his family members own cars.

The document also contains no declared monetary assets, securities or corporate rights.

At the same time, the declaration states that his wife received UAH 1 thousand of income from entrepreneurial activity.

Earlier, the CPR wrote how in Kherson, a court granted investigators temporary access to documents on the construction of radiation shelters for schools as part of an investigation into possible misappropriation or embezzlement of budget funds.

In early February, the Center for Public Investigations reported that a court in Kherson had arrested Novokhatskyi'scar. In this case, he is suspected of misappropriating funds while working at a perinatal center.
