Nearly 80 million will be allocated for the repair of water mains in two villages in the Kherson region

In the Kherson region, water supply systems in two settlements in the Beryslav district will undergo major repairs. The total cost of the work will be 78 million 870 thousand hryvnias.

This information is based on data from the Prozorro electronic public procurement system.

The most expensive project involves a major overhaul of the water supply system in the village of Kalynivske. The plan is to spend 51.96 million hryvnias on this work.

The second tender concerns the major overhaul of the water supply system in the village of Bobrovyi Kut. Its estimated cost is 26.91 million hryvnias.

According to the tender documentation, contractors must dismantle the old pipelines and reinforced concrete wells, and then install new steel and polyethylene pipes of various diameters. The project also includes the installation of new concrete wells, fire hydrants, and ultrasonic water meters.

Participants may submit their bids by August 13, 2026. All repair and modernization work on the water mains is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027.

The projects will be funded from the local budget.

As reported by Intent, the Department of Territorial Development of the Kherson Regional State Administration has announced a second tender for the major repair of the emergency water supply system in the village of Pravdyne. A total of61.85 million hryvnias will be allocated for this work.

In addition, over 15 million hryvnias forthe reconstruction ofa water pipeline in the Kherson region may be awarded to a company that participated in the tender without any competitors. The firm has previously been involved in legal cases related to uncompleted work and possible embezzlement of public funds.
